Diagnose the Performance Report: Four Patterns, Four Different Fixes
Objective: Given four isolated rows pulled from a Performance report, diagnose which of the lesson's four patterns each represents (high impressions/low CTR, low impressions, declining position, sudden drop) and pick the matching fix.
You're the digital marketing analyst at Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services, reviewing this month's Search Performance data across the hospital chain's NCR city pages before your Monday report to the marketing head.
Each row below looks like a problem, but they are four different problems with four different fixes. Diagnose each one correctly before you recommend anything.

PERFORMANCE PATTERN DIAGNOSIS, Bansal Wire Industries (excerpt)
Row: /export/germany, query 'stainless steel wire exporter germany'
Pattern: High Impressions, Low CTR (Position 5.4, CTR 0.9%)
Fix: Rewrite title to lead with certification claim ('ISO-Certified Exporter, 60+ Countries') instead of generic company name.
Row: /products/spring-wire-coils
Pattern: Sudden Traffic Drop (clicks fell from ~40/day to ~3/day in 2 days)
Fix: URL Inspection shows a redirect loop introduced by last week's URL restructure, developer to fix immediately.Success criteria
You're done when you can:
- All four rows correctly matched to their pattern, not a plausible-sounding distractor
- Each diagnosis is justified using the specific numbers in the specimen, not a generic description
- The recommended fix matches the pattern (a CTR fix is not proposed for an indexing problem, and vice versa)
